Arthroscopic Technique

1. Drill 1.5 mm Inion K-wire to fix the fracture.

2. Place the Inion Arthroscopic Pin instrument handle over the 1.5 mm K-wire.

3. Drill the channel for Inion OTPS^TM Pin through the Arthroscopic Tip (1.5 or 2.0 mm) by using Trochar Tip Drill bit (1.5 or 2.0 mm). Check the channel depth from drill bit.Pin must be placed under the articular surface.

4. Insert selected Inion OTPS^TM Pin (1.5 or 2.0 mm) with Inion Arthroscopic Piston (1.5
    or 2.0 mm).

5. Repeat steps 3-4 if multiple Pins are needed.

6. Remove 1.5 mm K-wire and finish the operation.
