Inion Oy (LSE: IIN) (“Inion” or the “Company”) announces that it was informed yesterday that Paul Garvey, Non-Executive Director of the Company on Wednesday 5th July bought 40.000 Ordinary Shares of 0.03 Euro each at a price of 49 pence per share. Following this purchase of shares, Mr Garvey is the beneficial owner of 80,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company’s current issued share capital. Inion was also informed yesterday that Peter Gibson, Non-Executive Director of the Company, on Wednesday 5th July bought 54,808 Ordinary Shares of 0.03 Euro each at a price of 48.5 pence per share.
Following this purchase of shares, Mr Gibson, together with connected parties, is the beneficial owner of 119,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2% of the Company’s current issued share capital. - Ends - Enquiries: Inion Oy
