Inion Provides Trading Update and Announces Relocation of UK Office

Tampere, Finland and Guildford, UK 2 July 2007…Inion Oy (LSE: IIN.L) ("Inion"), a company focused on the development of novel biodegradable medical implants, today provides an update on trading ahead of its 2007 interim results announcement, which is scheduled for September 2007.

Based on the un-audited sales figures for the six months to 30 June 2007, Inion's Directors anticipate that revenues will be around €2.3 million, which is ahead of market expectation of €2.0 million.
