Patent Policy

Inion's research and development function generates new information, some of which may be commercially valuable. Senior management sets the guidelines and procedures for assessing new ideas and prior art together with adequate compensation schemens for any new patentable ideas. External consultants are used to further assess the patentability of the idea and later in the technical execution of the filing in all relevant markets.

Additionally, the business development function actively seeks opportunities for in-licensing new intellectual property to assist the execution of the Company's business plan and alternatively offers technology out-licences for inventions or areas of non-strategic importance.
