We are looking for an IT Specialist to provide IT support for our company. After your orientation period, you will take over the day-to-day IT support tasks at Inion. The tasks include, for example:
- IT equipment orders and purchases
- Installation of Windows systems
- User account management
- Responding to user support requests
- Printers and other peripherals
- Software installation
- Installation and configuration of network equipment (LAN/WLAN)
- Ensuring security in accordance with company policy
- Backup management and control
- Different projects
We hope that you have a few years of experience in similar tasks and would like to expand your knowledge in the future, for example to servers and LAN-related tasks. You are self-motivated and enjoy working directly with end users. You will be part of a team, so you will not be alone with your work. You will report to the IT Manager. The position requires proficiency in Finnish and English.
