Account Manager, parental leave substitute (closed)

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented professional to develop customer relationships and drive sales growth in an international business environment. This is a fixed-term parental leave replacement (estimated duration April 2026 – May 2027). The start date is negotiable, preferably in April.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing existing customer accounts
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Preparing quotations and conducting contract negotiations
  • Working closely with internal teams
  • Analyzing market trends and customer needs

What We Expect from You

  • A relevant degree (e.g. business or technical field)
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Excellent proficiency in Finnish and/or English
  • A proactive and goal-oriented working approach
  • Strong negotiation, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel

Experience in international business and working with medical devices or in other highly regulated environments is considered an advantage.

The monthly salary range is €3,200–4,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is primarily based at our offices in Tampere, next to Tampere University Hospital (TAYS). Limited remote work is possible.
