You will be the friendly face representing Inion in the competitive Medical Device field, collaborating closely with our headquarters in Finland as we expand our operations in the US.
Job description
As an Office manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of our warehouse and customer service. Your main task is to provide service excellence to our customers and ensure that our distributors and private clinics get A-level service along with our bioabsorbable products. You will serve as the face of Inion business with our customers in the Medical Device field and work closely with the Mother Company in Finland.
Your daily tasks include order processing, order confirmations, supporting our global order-delivery chain, customer invoicing, payment processing and collections, communicating with accounting for payment allocation, organizing courier deliveries and taking part in sales reporting. You will monitor the stocks concerning product expiry dates and conduct a regular inventory of our assets. Inion Inc. is our US Agent and you will be the contact person, forwarding FDA requests and queries further to us.
You will be in close cooperation with our sales team, distributors and hospitals. Experience in the Medical device field is a great advantage!
Requirements
You will succeed in this position if you are service-driven, positive, organized, pro-active and you pay attention to details. You will work in collaboration with a small sales team, therefore hands-on, can do -attitude is necessary.
Education: BBA/ MBA level, preferably from International Business, or corresponding amount of work experience
Job Experience: At least 2-3 years in Customer Service/international business/import/export/logistics
Professional Skills: Fluent spoken and written English, working with Incoterms and supply chain processes, experience in using SAP ERP system, (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Personal abilities: Organized, service-driven, dynamic, flexible, independent self-starter, able to handle pressure in a fast-moving environment, enthusiastic to gain new skills, logical problem solver, pedantic, able to work across different cultures.
