Join Our Team as a Sales Manager at Inion Inc in our new office in Orlando or Jacksonville, Florida! We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Sales Manager from the Medical Device industry to spearhead our sales operations in the USA. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in both distributor network and private clinics across the country.

Job description

You will be the driving force behind our growth, working proactively to expand our market share and boost sales performance. Nurturing existing customer relationships and establishing connections with key decision-makers, including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, will be at the core of your responsibilities. Supporting our international sales teams and R&D projects would also allow you to have diversity in your daily work and create the role to fit your strengths as a sales professional. Building trust and rapport with our customers is key to our success.

Promoting Inion products in events, exhibitions, congresses and training sessions, will be a significant part of your tasks. Your charisma and product knowledge will make a lasting impression on potential clients. As your responsibilities and connections are strongly built in fieldwork, your willingness to travel is vital to achieving our objectives.

Requirements

A solid background in medical devices, especially surgical implants, is highly desirable.
Your proven sales prowess, combined with your understanding of the healthcare industry, will position you as a credible and influential Sales Manager for Inion.
Your passion for achieving targets and your structured approach to work will ensure our continued growth and success.
Excellent Communication Skills enable you to communicate with diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Professional documentation is key to your success in this role.
You are part of Inion’s sales team and work closely with marketing, product development, quality and regulatory teams. You will report to the General Manager on Inion.

Education: BBA/ MBA level

Job Experience: At least 3-5 years in a demanding sales position

Professional Skills: Proven track record in Sales

Personal abilities: Goal-oriented, Service driven, dynamic, able to work across different cultures.
